Jerin girke- girken azumi (Ramadan food time table)

Watan azumi wata ne da ake yin dafe- dafe da soye-soye domin shan ruwa idan ankai azumi, Wani lokaci akan rasa meza’a dafa saikaga ana kame-kame daga karshe dai sai asamu wani abu kawai ayi, wanan jadawali na girke-girken azumi zai taimaka wajen zabi na abinci da za’a dafa kai tsaye.


Rana ta 1
Leman ayaba da madara, soayyen dankalin turawa (chips), Spaghetti da kifi da vegetables, kunun gyada, fruit salad.

Rana ta 2
Jollof din shinkafa da naman kaza ko naman sa, salad, shayi da soyayyen dankalin turawa (chips) da miyar kwai egg.

Rana ta 3
Kunun gyada da soyayyen doya, Fruit salad, da pepe chicken

Rana ta 4
Kunun gyada da Kosai, Fried rice da caul slow, farfesun kaji da
Leman kwakwa

Day5
Shayi, soyayyen dankalin hausa da kwai, Farfesun naman rago, leman abarba, tuwon shinkafa nd miyar agushi soup

Day 6
Chicken bread, kunun gyada kosai, farfesun kayan ciki, Coconut rice da  
Macaroni salad.

Day 7
Home-made bread da miyar dankali, spaghetti with stew da ganye (ko salad, kabeji)
Juice din mangoro da farfesun kifi, tuwon shinkafa & egusi soup
Zobo drink

Day 8
Potato salad, Freid rice da pepe chicken, coslow da spring rolls

Rana ta 9
Kunun tsamiya, kosai, Samosa, Couscous da miyar with hanta da koda da kuma leman kwakwa da madara

Rana ta 10
Pineapple drink, Cous cous  nd stew wit green salad,Yamballs, Chicken pepersoup


Rana ta11
Chapatti, banana shake, couscous, orange juice, da farfesun kaji.

Rana ta 12
Yam balls, jallof din spaghetti ahada da zobo da kuma farfesun kaji.

Rana ta 13
Kunu nd yamballs, Fruitsalad, tuwon shinkafa nd miyar kuka, farfesun ganda ko farfesun kaji.

Rana ta 14
Kunun gyada, kosai, cowtail peppersoup, and chips, fruits salad, and fresh orange juice

Rana ta 15
Kunun tsamiya, alale, peppersoup, fruit salad, zobo, dakuma jollop din sphageti

Rana ta 16
Farfesun kayan ciki,watermelon juice,chips and liver sauce,moimoi and kunun tsamia

Rana ta 17
Kunun madara, fruit salad, Sultan chips, farfesun naman rago, tuwon shinkafa da miyar taushe

Rana ta 18
Leman kokomba da leman tsami, soyayyen doya da kwai, Macaroni jollof da farfesun tantakwashi,

Kunun alkama, Kosai, Potato salad Peppered chicken, Yam balls da farfesun kifi.

Rana ta 20
Farfesun ganda, soyayyen dankalin turawa,Chicken piesauces, salad, da kuma potato salad

Rana ta 21
Leman lemo (orange), Fried rice da miyar hanta, Fruit salad

Rana ta 22
Koko da alale, Sweet potatoes da egg sauce, Fruit salad, Kunun aya

Sakwara da miyar agushi, kunun gyada da kosai, chicken, zobo

Ragaif, leman yayan itatuwa (kowanne), samosa, macaroni salad.

Soyayyen dankalin turawa (chips), shawarma, chapman, doya da miyar kwai.

Rana ta 26
Mango shake, miya da biredi, Chicken pie, tuwon shinkafa da miyan taushe.

Rana ta 27
Orange drink, Kunun tsamiya, kosai, Alkubus and miya, soyayyen dankalin turawa Chips) da kwai.

Rana ta 28
Jallof din Spaghetti, leman abara, yayan itatuwa, Koko da kosai.

Rana ta 29
Cous-cous with stew, leman kankana da dabino, Salad, farfesun kaji da meat pie.

Rana ta 30
Drinks, Burger, shinkafa da miya, samosa da apples.

Idan kina/kana da matsala wajen yin kowane abinci anan, ko kuma  kuna so akoya muku daya daga ciki sai ku yi comment da tambayarku, za’a yi muku bayani.
